Tragically, a 13-year-old girl didn’t make it out in time.
Fire and Rescue went into the home and found her inside but she died on the way to hospital.
A crime scene has been established and a full investigation is now underway.
NSW Police have confirmed early inquiries suggest the fire is not suspicious and was not a consequence of the storms that hit the Central Coast and Sydney Region overnight.
