A WOMAN has died in hospital following a single-vehicle crash in northern New South Wales.
The accident happened on Shannon Vale Road at Glen Innes just before 11pm on Saturday.
Police said the 19-year-old woman was a passenger in a Holden Commodore ute which had crashed.

The young woman was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to the Glen Innes Hospital.
Sadly, her injuries were too severe. Despite the best efforts of ambulance officers and doctors to save her, the woman died a short time later.
The 18-year-old man who had been driving the ute was also taken to Glen Innes Hospital from where he was transferred to Tamworth Hospital for further treatment.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding both accidents.
