Robina Town Centre shooter pleads not guilty

A MAN’S pleaded not guilty in Court to injuring two people after opening fire at Robina Town Centre in 2012.

Mark James Graham is on trial accused of attempting to murder Jacques Teamo, and unlawfully wounding teacher Kathy Devitt at Robina Town Centre in April 2012.

The 28-year-old allegedly tried to shoot Teamo on a busy Saturday afternoon and Ms Devitt, who was shopping at the time, was also wounded.

Graham pleaded not guilty in the Brisbane Supreme Court to attempting to murder Teamo and not guilty to unlawfully wounding with the intent to maim.

He also pleaded not guilty to unlawfully wounding Ms Devitt but did plead guilty to possessing a weapon.
