A MAN accused of making sexual advances towards two young sisters at a Gold Coast bus stop has been arrested.
The incident happened at a bus stop at Ashmore on July 20 where it’s alleged the two girls, aged 11 and 13, were approached by a man who made inappropriate, sexual remarks towards them.
Officers swooped on the suspect in Surfers Paradise on Sunday, where he was taken into custody and extensively questioned.

Later that night, the Broadbeach man was charged with two counts of attempted indecent treatment of a child under 16.
He is expected to face Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday July 28).
