MORE than 60 alleged drug dealers, thieves and drug drivers have been arrested, swept up in a massive police operation west of Brisbane.
Dozens of police swooped on Toowoomba on Thursday as part of Operation Quebec Trawler to crackdown on drug activity and property crime in the region.
A squad of police and drug detection dogs travelled from Brisbane to assist local officers in carrying out 21 raids across the Darling Downs city.

During the operation, officers seized an amount of cannabis and methylamphetamine, as well as drug paraphernalia, a restricted firearm and a sum of cash.
Police also recovered a stash of stolen property, including jewellery, laptops and a number of cameras.
In total, 66 people were arrested on 156 charges, including supplying and possessing dangerous drugs, possessing drug utensils, possessing tainted property, break and enter, drug driving and stealing.
