Police have denied claims Bernard Tomic was roughed up by officers, during an incident on Thursday afternoon.
The 19-year-old tennis star's once again found himself in hot water, for allegedly breaching his restricted license, which allows him to only drive between his Southport home and the nearby Queens Park tennis club.
Inspector Glenn Allen confirmed two traffic infringement notices had been issued to the P-Plater. It's believed he was found driving in Broadbeach earlier in the day, and told to head home. But was seen again an hour later.
But the Tomic family is now considering whether or not to lay a complaint against police.
It's previously been claimed, officers target Tomic. He was pulled over near the Spit late last year for a similar offence.
Former Gold Coast Mayor and lawyer Lex Bell was called in to assist the family with the legal matter.
Five police, including two senior officers and a forensic policeman, along with a large media pack was outside the Southport home for a number of hours.
While the orange high-performance BMW sports car was locked behind a gate.
