Bernard Tomic will have little time for romance on Valentine's Day thanks to a date with Southport Magistrates Court.
The teenage tennis sensation made nation-wide headlines after allegedly failing to pull over for Police on Australia Day and has now been formally served with a Notice to Appear, for two offences following an incident at Main Beach.
It's believed he breached his Provisional License conditions by driving his high powered BMW around Broadbeach, when he's only allowed to drive from his Southport home to the Queens Park Tennis Club.
After being stopped twice by officers in Broadbeach, it's alleged Tomic refused to pull over a third time on Waterways Drive in Main Beach, instead leading them to his family home.
He is due to appear in court on February 14.
