UPDATE: Australia has regained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy after the Boxing Day Test against India ended in a draw at the MCG.
The hosts yesterday declared at lunch at 9 for 318 in the second innings, setting the visitors a run target of 384.
Some quick wickets for Australia saw India struggle to 3-19. They piled on some runs, but time ran out and the captains agreed to end the game with four overs remaining and India 144 runs short.

The draw handed series victory to Australia who had claimed the first two matches.
The fourth and final test will be played out in Sydney from January 6, 2015.
