According to 9News, Lawrence will not be taken into custody by NSW police after landing in Australia.
Earlier reports suggested the Bali Nine member would be arrested over an alleged police chase in a stolen car on the NSW Central Coast back in 2005.
Lawrence was due to face court over the chase, however was arrested in Bali with 2.6 kilograms of heroin strapped to her body.
Police will instead speak with her lawyers in relation to the charges.
Lawrence was originally sentenced to life in prison, however it was reduced to 20 years on appeal.
