U2 FRONTMAN Bono has had a lucky escape, after the hatch on his private jet came off during his flight.
The plan arriving from Dublin landed at Berlin-Schoenefeld airport, with the Irish singer turned activist expected for Germany’s Bambi Awards ceremony.
Local media reports other members of U2 arrived separately.

It’s believed he lost two suitcases during the incident.
