A 14-year-old boy has been charged over the alleged stabbing of another teenager at a Gold Coast shopping centre.
Officers were called to Robina Town Centre around 5.30pm last Thursday following reports a young boy had been slashed with a knife.
It’s understood the 13-year-old was with a group of friends when he was approached by another group of males.

A fight then broke out, with the 14-year-old allegedly slashing the 13-year-old boy with a knife, which caused him to fall to the ground.
“The teenager allegedly continued to assault him,” Qld police said.
The 14-year-old has since been charged with with one count each of grievous bodily harm, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing a drug utensil, unauthorised dealing with shop goods and obstructing a police officer.
He is due to appear in Southport Childrens Court later this month.
