Further charges have been laid against the Australian man accused of carrying out the Christchurch mosque attacks including an unprecedented terrorism charge.
Brenton Tarrant, 28, was previously facing 50 charges of murder and 39 of attempted murder.
Police announced on Tuesday that he will now be charged with engaging in a terrorist act.

He’s also been charged with another count of murder and another of attempted murder.
That takes the total number of charges to 92.
Tarrant is due to face court again on June 14.
