A golden-point field goal from Trent Hodkinson has pushed Cantebury through to the NRL preliminary finals.
The nail-biting finish saw the Bulldogs claim the win 18 points to 17.
It means Cantebury could become the first side in almost two decades to win a grand final from outside the top four.

But the side may have to do it without influential back rower Josh Jackson, who is facing time on the sidelines after a tackle on Manly’s Josh Starling.
The Bulldogs will now face Penrith at ANZ Stadium on Saturday night.
