Children ‘ejected’ from car in horror rollover

A WOMAN and two young boys are in a critical condition after a horror rollover in regional NSW today.

The accident happened on Merriginnie Road in the small town of Burraboi, just after 7.40am.

Police said the boys, aged nine and 12, were thrown from the vehicle when it rolled, whilst the the 32-year-old female driver was trapped.

Emergency crews managed to free the woman from the wreckage before rushing her to Deniliquin Hospital along with the younger boy.

The older boy was airlifted to a children’s hospital in Melbourne.

All three are in a critical condition.

Police say they are investigating whether the family were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, and whether speed was a factor.
