A LARGE peice of land zoned for future industry use on the northern Gold Coast will be kept as parkland after being snapped up by City Council, it has been confirmed.
Divison One Councillor Donna Gates today announced Enkleman Farm at Yatala will be retained as green space after council successfully secured a contract for the land.
