Credit cards found in stolen ute used at Gold Coast shopping centre

Police are hunting a woman after credit cards which were located in a ute stolen from Fingal Heads, were used at a shopping centre on the Gold Coast.

The grey Toyota Hi Lux was stolen between 6.30am and 9.30am on Saturday 25 January, after the surf lock was cut off.

The stolen vehicle has since been located in Robina and is currently being forensically examined by Queensland Police.

However, credit cards which were inside the stolen car have since been used at The Pines Shopping Centre in Elanora.

Tweed Police have released images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with inquiries.
