Daylight savings starts tonight!

LOVE it or hate it – Daylight savings is back.

If you live in New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT, South Australia, or Tasmania, than you’ll be required to turn your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed tonight, with daylight saving time officially kicking in from 2am Sunday.

While smartphone devices and computers should automatically adjust the time, analogue clocks will need to be manually changed.

So daylight saving starts again in NSW, Vic, SA, Tas. But not in Qld, NT, WA. I know it is sacrilegious to say this but who needs daylight (and long twilight) at well after 9pm almost 10pm here in Tasmania.
I like my early morning daylight where I can do an hours work around this property before a possible days work. People often work later. I/We tend to eat dinner later. I/We go to bed later but still need to get up the same time. Chronic sleep deprivation.
