Four hospitalised from three separate accidents

FOUR people had to be taken to hospital on the Gold Coast last night following three separate traffic crashes in the space of just 90 minutes.

Emergency services were called to the first incident – a single-vehicle crash at Guanaba – on Mystery Road about 6.30pm.

One person was transported to the Gold Coast Uni Hospital in a stable condition with an arm injury.

Then, about 8pm, emergency services were called to two separate accidents – one at Coomera and the other in Broadbeach Waters.

Two people had to be taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle smash on De Barnett Street in Coomera.

They were transported by ambulance to the Uni Hospital in stable conditions with minor injuries.

Meanwhile, about the same time in Broadbeach Waters, a man was struck by a car on T E Peters Drive.

He was taken to the same hospital in a stable condition with an arm injury.
