The RACQ said on Friday, the daily average for unleaded petrol (ULP) in south east Queensland was at its lowest in 15 months.
Spokesperson Renee Smith said prices could rise at any time and motorists should fill up without delay.

“Prices are the cheapest we’ve seen since May last year with many service stations selling ULP for under 136cpl, so we’re encouraging motorists to fill up now,” Ms Smith said.
“We’re at the bottom of the price cycle in the south east, and when prices rise they could go up by as much as 20 cents per litre.”
