Popular Gold Coast music venues and festivals are up for 2019 Queensland Music Awards.
Finalists were revealed this morning, with a good amount of Gold Coast talent landing in the ranks.
Despite closing its Helensvale site recently, NightQuarter is on the finalist list for ‘Regional Venue of the Year’.

Miami Marketta is also up for the same accolade.
The 2019 Queensland Music Awards are giving the power to the people this year, and letting them decide not only the best music venue of the year but their favourite festival in the state as well.
Bleach* The Gold Coast Festival, Blues on Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise Live have made it onto the finalist list for ‘Festival of the Year’.
And to top it all off – Gold Coaster Amy Shark is up for ‘Album of the Year’ for ‘Love Monster’.
The awards, presented by Jack Daniel’s, will take place at the Royal International Convention Centre on March 19, and voters have until midnight on February 28.
