Gold Coasters regain access to online funds

UPDATE – The technical glitch affecting the Commonwealth Bank’s online service has been fixed.

At this stage the CBA has not said what caused the interruption, lasting several hours.

Frustrated customers took to social media to vent, after losing access to credit and mortgage accounts.

There were also problems with EFTPOS transactions and the Tap and Go facility.

Earlier the CBA issued a statement which read “We’re currently experiencing intermittent technical issues with our systems.

We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to have full services restored as soon as possible”.
