Greg Rix, Director of Rix Developments which owns Pimpama City Shopping Centre says it’s a welcome addition to the area.
“It’s been absolutely wonderful to see the community turn out in their thousands, it means a centre like this is needed and it has proven to be a success for the people of Pimpama,” Mr Rix said.
The centre spans around 18,000 square metres and features anchor tenants Coles, Aldi and Best & Less along with more than 35 speciality retailers.

Mr Rix says they are offering what they believe to be a world class experience.
“We’ve got wide car parks, beautiful mall areas completely undercover and amenities that belong in a five star hotel.”
The centre also includes a number of health services which have been a welcome addition
“We’re bringing x-ray, doctors dentists, services that people have been screaming for in this growth area,” Mr Rix said.
Pimpama City Shopping Centre is located just off Exit 49 off the M1.
