THE GOLD Coast Titans had an interesting night at the NRL judiciary on Wednesday night.
The club was there to contest the suspensions of hooker Beau Falloon and team-mate Tom Kingston, who were charged with a dangerous throw on Bulldogs star Josh Reynolds in their clash last weekend.
Falloon was successful in having his charge downgraded and will now will be available for selection in the first NRL match of 2015.

It was dropped to a grade one offence and with 93 points he will not serve a suspension.
The news was not so good for Kingston, who failed in his downgrade attempt and will have to sit out three matches at the start of next season.
Fellow Titan Dave Taylor had also received a one-match ban from the same game and will be forced to sit on the sidelines for the season opener next year.
