An 11-year-old boy has been killed in a dirt bike crash on the New South Wales – Victorian border.
Police say the youngster was riding on a property at Nineteen Mile Road in Moama, when he collided with a tree around 3pm yesterday.
The child was treated on scene by paramedics before being flown to the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.

Sadly, police confirmed in a statement early on Sunday morning that the boy had passed away.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are continuing.
A report will be prepared for the Victorian Coroner
