AN inquest into the drowning death of young Sunshine Coast lifesaver Matthew Barclay is set to resume today.
The 14-year-old disappeared in rough seas while competing in the under-15 board race at the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships at Kurrawa Beach in March 2012.
The inquest was adjourned back in December after two days to allow for a Workplace Health and Safety report on Matthew’s death to be finalised.
