Jamie Oliver’s Pizzeria to open on the Gold Coast in 2 weeks

Local pizza lovers will only have to wait another two weeks before they can enjoy a slice at the brand new Jamie Oliver’s Pizzeria.

The restaurant is set to open to the public at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre on November 15, and will be the first pizzeria the British chef has launched in Australia.

“A lot of hard work has gone into ensuring our first Australian pizzeria lives up to the standard of its predecessors and I’ve got no doubt people are going to love what we have created at Pacific Fair,” Oliver said.

The design of the pizzeria has been inspired by Oliver’s many visits to Italy, and includes an open-style kitchen so customers can enjoy the theatre of pizza making.

“Our fit-out is fun and fresh, we have sourced superb produce and ingredients, and our passionate team is ready to deliver the incredible, authentic hand-stretched pizzas and wide smiles that Jamie Oliver’s Pizzeria is famous for,” he said.
