THE husband of missing Upper Coomera woman Novy Chardon will be sentenced today after being found guilty of child sex offences.
Millionaire businessman John Chardon was recently convicted of assaulting his daughter’s friend more than once in the late 1990s.
The 66-year-old continued to protest his innoncence, despite the jury finding him guilty of six sex offences including rape and attempted rape after the week long trial back in July.

He was granted bail on the terms he report daily to police and surrender his passport.
He’ll attend Southport Court today.
