A MAN has been charged with a string of offences following the alleged discovery of drugs and guns at an industrial shed at Burleigh Heads.
Gold Coast Rapid Action Patrols came across the haul during a raid on the Township Drive shed around 1am on Sunday.
During the search, officers allegedly located methylamphetamine, MDMA, utensils, a 9mm handgun and a Co2 propelled pellet handgun along with ammunition.

A 48-year-old man from Miami has since been charged with two counts each of possession of a dangerous drug and unlawful possession of a weapon and one count each of possession of property suspected of being used in the commission of a drug offence, authority required to possess explosives (ammunition) and possession of a utensil.
He’s due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on August 30.
