POLICE have charged a man after he allegedly travelled to QLD to have sex with a 14-year-old girl.
The 47-year-old is alleged to have been travelling from Victoria to Queensland to engage in sexual activity with, what he believed to be, a 14-year-old girl when he was intercepted by police in Brisbane overnight.
Little to the mans knowledge, he was in fact engaging in conversation with a Task Force Argos investigator posing as the young girl, as part of Operation Mike Beau.
