A MAN has been charged following a police pursuit with a stolen truck, which was later found to be loaded with tins of stolen baby formula.
About 7.30am on Tuesday, officers attempted to stop a white Hino table top truck on Eldridge Road in Condell Park.
The driver failed to pull over and police launched a pursuit, which they terminated shortly after due to safety concerns.

Patrolling officers later located the truck in a nearby industrial complex on Willfox Street, where a 39-year-old man was arrested.
Police say the truck had allegedly been stolen from a Milperra address and the load, a large number of baby formula tins, had also been stolen from a break and enter in Regents Park.
The man was taken to Bankstown Police Station where he was charged with fail to stop police pursuit (Skye’s Law), drive whilst disqualified, and two first instance warrants.
Police say inquiries into the stolen truck truck and stolen baby formula are continuing.
The man is due to appear at Bankstown Local Court on Wednesday 8 November.
