A child at risk notification has been submitted to the Department of Family and Community Services after a man was caught allegedly high-range drink driving with three young children in the car.
The 48-year-old was pulled over by officers in Allambie Heights about 1.45am on New Years Day after they observed the man’s vehicle driving with its headlights off.
