Man charged with raping, sexually assaulting female worker

A MIDDLE-AGED man has been arrested and charged with multiple sex offences after allegedly raping a young female worker on his farm in Queensland’s South Burnett Region.

The victim, a 23-year-old English National, was allegedly raped twice and sexually assaulted while working on the 48-year-old man’s property at Mondure, near Murgon, in January last year.

Police said the woman was in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa at the time.
