Man charged with murder after man stabbed to death in alleged domestic

A MAN has been charged with murder after allegedly stabbing another man to death during a domestic disturbance in Sydney’s West.

The 31-year-old is accused of stabbing a 34-year-old man multiple times at a house on Dutch Place in St Clair about 6.40pm last night.

Despite the attempts of police and paramedics, the injured man could not be saved and died at the scene.

The younger man was arrested at a house on nearby Bellini Place about two hours later.

He was taken to Penrith Police Station where he was charged with murder.

He was remanded in custody overnight and is due to appear in Parramatta Bail Court today.

Police have confirmed the men were known to each other.
