Police are investigating the death of a man at a Tweed Heads South property, who was found just two days after he was allegedly robbed.
The 44-year-old was found dead at a Seymour Street unit on October 29, following reports of welfare concerns.
Just two days earlier, that same unit was the subject of a violent home invasion, where are man and woman – armed with a baseball bat – allegedly stormed the property and stole a mobile phone, a laptop, a gaming device and various personal items before fleeing in a car.

Police have since arrested two Queenslanders over the robbery, after they executed a search warrant in Bogangar yesterday.
A man and woman – both age 20 – have been charged with aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence.
The man was refused bail to appear at Tweed Heads Local Court today, while the woman was granted conditional bail and will front court next month.
It’s unclear if the two are connected to the death of the man.
Police have established Strike Force Nambruk to investigate, and are calling on anyone with information to come forward.
