A MAN who posed as Justin Bieber online to procure young girls has been sentenced to 6 years behind bars in Victoria.
IT expert 42-year-old Kent Garrett was described by the County Court Judge as “every parents worse nightmare”.
According to The Age, Mr Garrett set up a fake Hotmail account under the pop singer’s name.

Federal Police seized his computer following a tip off from US authorities and discovered pictures of naked girls.
Garrett pleaded guilty on Thursday to a total of 29 charges, including using a carriage service to groom a person under 16 for sexual activity; using a carriage service to access child pornography; using a carriage to menace, harass or cause offence; using a carriage service to transmit child pornography; and soliciting child pornography using a carriage service between 2009 and 2012.
Garrett was jailed for six years with a non-parole period of four years and placed on the sex offender register for life.
