A MAN has tragically died in a workplace accident in Sydney this morning.
Around 5.40am on Wednesday, emergency crews rushed to a pallet factory at St Mary’s after receiving reports a worker had become stuck in a machine.
The 30-year-old was freed, however he suffered severe head injuries and could not be saved.

The incident is being investigated by SafeWork NSW.
Meanwhile, another man is in a critical condition after a workplace accident at Point Piper.
The worker is understood to have fallen up to eight metres from scaffolding around 7.45am.
He’s been rushed to St Vincent’s Hospital with head and leg injuries.
