Man stabbed ‘multiple times’ in home invasion

A MAN has been stabbed multiple times and a teenage boy injured in a home invasion in Sydney’s east.

Three people allegedly burst into a house on Holloway Street at Pagewood just after 3am on Sunday.

The trio allegedly stabbed a 48-year-old man multiple times before assaulting a 16-year-old boy.


The man was stabilised by paramedics at the scene before being taken to St George Hospital.

Police swooped on the area with sniffer dogs to try and find the intruders, but they could not be found.

Anyone with any information that could assist police with their investigation is urged to come forward.
