Man wanted for kidnapping arrested in Logan

A WANTED man has been tracked down in Logan and extradited to NSW.

The 34-year-old was wanted over an outstanding warrant relating to the alleged aggravated robbery and kidnapping of a 31-year-old man at a home in Bellingen in May.

With the help of Queensland police, the man was arrested in Crestmead last Thursday.

He was extradited to NSW by Coffs Detectives and charged with a string of offences including aggravated robbery with wounding/grievous bodily harm, kidnap in company without serious indictable occasion actual bodily harm, special aggravated break, enter & commit serious indict offence-inflict grievous bodily harm, aggravated break, enter & commit serious indict offence-deprive liberty.

The man is due to appear at Tweed Heads Local Court today.
