‘Missing’ Gold Coast girl last seen 24 hours ago: Police

POLICE are seeking help to find a 13-year-old girl who has been reported missing on the Gold Coast.

The girl, pictured below, was last seen 24 hours ago, about 11.30am on Wednesday, at a residence on Port Peyra Crescent in Varsity Lakes, police said.

Both the girl’s family and police hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.


She is described as being Caucasian in appearance and approximately 165cm tall with a slim build, dark-blonde shoulder length hair and brown eyes.

The 13-year-old has silver braces and a light-brown birthmark on her left temple.

It is believed she was wearing a black t-shirt with white print (pictured), black denim shorts, black lace-up boots and was carrying a grey backpack with white trimmings at the time she went missing.

Anyone with any information in relation to the girl’s disappearance is urged to come forward.
