Missing Woodridge child could be on the Gold Coast

POLICE are appealing for help to find an 11-year-old boy who has been missing from the Logan suburb of Woodridge since Christmas Eve.

The youngster was last seen at a Wembley Road store around 11.30am on December 24 and has not made contact with family since.

His exact whereabouts are unknown, however police say he is familiar with the Brisbane CBD area and the Gold Coast.

The boy is described as Caucasian, 175cm tall, auburn hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing board shorts and black t-shirt.

Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
