Motorist injured in early morning rollover at Robina

A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a set of traffic lights and rolled at Robina early this morning.

The accident happened at the intersection of Robina Parkway and Cheltenham Drive just before 5.00am.

A woman, whose age is not known, was treated at the scene by Queensland Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.


Lights remain blacked out at the intersection, with crews working to get them back up an running.

Motorists are being urged to drive with caution in the area.
