Multiple Gold Coast suburbs set for water interruptions today

A number of Gold Coast residents across multiple suburbs are set to experience water interruptions today.

Two planned water outages are being carried out in Surfers Paradise and Helensvale, which could see residents without water between 9.00am and 2.00pm.

Council workers will shut down water for repairs, which is expected to affect residents in Weemala Street and Stanhill Drive, Surfers Paradise.

While Mildura Drive, Gosford court, Enfield Place, Rosedale place and Pambula Court will be affected by the shut down in Helensvale.

There are also two unplanned water interruptions in Burleigh Heads and Labrador, which will take place overnight.

Crews will work on repairing a water main in Burleigh Heads, which will affect residents along Hutchinson Street between 5.45pm and 1.45am.

While Labrador residents along Musgrave Avenue and Botanical Drive are being told they could experience low water pressure between 6.00pm and 2.00am, because a water tanker will be used to supply water while crews repair a water main.
