A MUSLIM bride has stunned crowds at Sydney’s Martin Place memorial as she placed her bouquet of flowers among thousands of other floral tributes on her wedding day.
The 23-year-old bride from the Sydney suburb of Punchbowl had planned to have her wedding photos taken in the city, however was hesitant following the tragic event that took place on Tuesday.
The woman’s wedding planner Dina Kheir, stated that the bride was going to cancel the photo shoot over fears of being judged.

However instead, the woman embraced the moment and paid her respects on her wedding day by placing her wedding bouquet of flowers at the memorial in front of thousands of onlookers who clapped and cheered.
‘She did it out of respect for her country, that will one day be the country of her children and grandchildren,’ said Ms Kheir.
