Located adjacent to and overlooking RACV Royal Pines Resort, Vantage is modelled on similar urban villages – combining apartment living with expansive open space and recreation and retail amenities – that have proved hugely popular in Brisbane and Melbourne in recent years, but have been largely absent from the Gold Coast.

Rayjon has embraced the concept, focusing on an integrated design that maximises lifestyle and convenience for Vantage residents and which delivers the Benowa/Ashmore area’s first new masterplanned community in more than a decade.
