WE’RE expected to find out more about plans for the Gold Coast cruise ship terminal on Friday.
The Property Council of Australia will hold a meeting today with the proponents of the Broadwater plan, where they’re expected to reveal ASF Consortium’s revised plans to the public for the first time.
The new location is in response to Council and community feedback, environmental and dredging considerations and the Queensland Government’s rejection of development at Doug Jennings Park.

There are reports the new $7.5 billion development for Wavebreak Island could be three times the size of the original plans.
Presentations will be delivered by Allan Fife, Fife Capital Funds and Vaughan Davies from AECOM at the meeting this afternoon.
