Rowling has said that Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is an official sequel to the original seven books, featuring the script for a new stage play telling the wizard’s story.
It will be set 19 years after the end of the final novel, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which was published in 2007.
It sees Harry as a father and an overworked Ministry of Magic employee as well as the untold story of the lives of his murdered parents.
