A pedestrian is lucky to have escaped with only a foot injury after being hit by a car on the Gold Coast this morning.
It’s understood the pedestrian was struck on Hooker Boulevard in Broadbeach Waters just after 9.30am.
Paramedics treated the patient at the scene before transporting them to Robina Hospital.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said the injured pedestrian was in a stable condition.
