A pedestrian is in a serious condition in hospital, after they were hit by a motorbike on the Gold Coast last night.
Emergency services were called to Brisbane Road in Biggera Waters just before 7.00pm following reports of the incident.
The pedestrian, a man in his 70s, suffered a head injury and was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with the High Acuity Response Unit on board.

The motorbike rider, a man in his 30s, suffered minor leg injuries are was also taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
He’s believed to be in a stable condition.
