People inside as home peppered with bullets

A HOUSE in Sydney’s Inner-West has been declared a crime scene, after it was sprayed with bullets on Friday night.

Police have confirmed, a number of residents were inside when shots were fired at the property on Princes Avenue, Rodd Point, about 11:30pm.

Officers from the Burwood PAC arrived to find several shots had struck the house.

Incredibly, the residents were not injured.

An investigation has been launched and anyone with information is urged to contact Burwood Detectives or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
