Police hunting men after woman brutally bashed, robbed while walking to work

Police have released new photos of two men they wish to speak to following the brutal bashing of a woman in Sydney’s west this week.

The 50-year-old woman was walking to Kingswood Railway Station on her way to work just after 5.00am on Wednesday, when she was approached by two men.

She was assaulted and her backpack, which contained her wallet and phone, were stolen before the pair fled.

The injured woman ran home to get help before her partner rushed her to Nepean Hospital, where she was treated for multiple facial injuries.
